Episode 6 is the colonoscopy follow up nobody expected.

The doctor found a very large polyp. Ulcerated. Firm. A 50-50 chance it was cancer.

Kim has had breast cancer before and she could not stop crying. Then the results came back benign.

And she named the polyp "Pol."

Pol is being evicted next month. She is ready.

Episode 5 opens with a gallon of colonoscopy prep solution, a nurse who is genuinely excited about the process, and Kim who has written tomorrow off completely.

Kim and Karol get real about why colonoscopies matter — Karol's dad passed away from colon cancer and Dave's late wife was only 35 when she was diagnosed.

Then they talk about the fart room (yes that is a real place, yes you have to perform before they let you leave) and pivot to Karol's misophonia a brain-based disorder that makes her want to flee the room when Tony eats with his mouth open.

Then the story of the bee attack on a Tennessee mountain. Kim saw Dave get stung, decided it was every man for himself, and was at marathon pace before Dave finished saying ow. She is not sorry.
