Steve Delong is an artist who paints and does murals. He is close to making art his full time job all from starting as just a side hustle and has now flourished into a full fledge family business. This podcast was done over 2 different recording sessions after the first one involved a little too much drinking. The challenge will run from Feb 26 through Mar 25 and will use our Whoop strap data to compare all of our strains and recovery data.

Cody just finished up nursing school and is close to taking his boards. He is going to be pursuing a career in the medical field and enjoys helping people and the high pace environment. We has a great time talking and discussing the transition into adulthood.

Ty is a full time college student pursuing a finance degree as well as working a full time job. He works out consistently and finds time to have a social life and get life experiences while balancing everything in his life. We have a couple of drinks and have a fun conversation. Enjoy!
