As we get older or wiser we realize that we create a lot of our demons when we harvest toxic memories and by never completely facing our own guilt. As I continue on my very own healing journey, I've reached that road where the grinch is showing me all of my wrong doings and the things that lead to many wrong turns and set backs. It was a tough walk though but I made it.

Very often so many of US lose focus of who and what our biggest commitment is in life, which can lead a lot of people down dark roads... Tonight's episode is FOCUSED on WHAT made our guest wake up and put THEMSELVES FIRST!

I decided to chat with some friends and get their perspectives on how they learned to heal from 💔 and we also discussed "WHO" besides a sufficient other has broken their ❤️.
