Because God is the one that created each of us and gave us specific vision and purpose, the coming to pass of those vision is dictated at His pace and time. Patience and perseverance through the process help us to receive what God promised and showed to us and to also develop the exercise of our faith (and confidence in God) as we receive the results. What God has told us He will do, the vision He Gave us, will come to pass in God’s good time (in the fullness of time). Time and chance are in His hands, He holds eternity and gave us a portion of it called time. We can journey through life in difficult and uncertain periods knowing fully well God who holds our life and set us on this course will perfect all that He has said. Through this, we can enjoy peace, calm and tranquility as we look at the joys of the fulfillment of our visions. This is the last in the series. True God-given vision is small enough to lead to take action daily and large enough to require your entire life work. To reach the fulness of our vision through fine-tunning of our gifts and talents, there is need to put all that God is saying and revealing into a plan of action. In this episode I share how as a child of God, your thoughts, ideas, wishes, intents and heart desires (components of your vision) can be used to form your mission statement upon which you can take action. Start small. Do those little things. Follow the leading of God through the Holy Spirit. Change whatever needs to be changed. But more than anything, keep your heart in tune with God to guide your steps.

Our work is not necessarily the same as our job. And vision can help us clarify the two. In this podcast, I share that your work denotes what you are called to fulfil, manifest in and is in line with your gifts/talents. Your work is permanently yours, you can’t retire from it. Your job however is dependent on skills and you can get fired or retire from it. It is important to know the difference early. Your work is tied to your purpose. Vision helps to clarify and qualify your purpose. Vision helps you understand your purpose and ultimately help you to carve out your own unique niche as predesigned in heaven. It will make a way for you in life. It is in exercising this gift that you will find real fulfillment, purpose, and contentment in your work. We also look at a few scriptures to help our understanding of this.

In this podcast episode, I answered some general questions about vision, why it is good to get vision at a young age and other key points I might have missed out in prior episodes. I also briefly hinted on how vision clarifies your purpose and how if you are not working with vision, you are either crossing someone else's path or are not doing that very thing God has in mind and created you for i.e. you're not fulfilling purpose. I wrap up by introducing the last three episodes I will be doing as I invite friends over to share their thoughts on Vision.

So how do you really get your own God-given vision? First, let me remind you that you need to get a true and correct God-given vision as vision has the possibility to be ill-conceived. But scripture gives us inklings on how to get our own vision. And its is two steps according to Joel 2:28: 1. God will pour out his spirit and 2. We will dream dreams and see visions. In this podcast I explain how the regeneration of our hearts and the Holy Spirits finds its full expression leads to a spirit man that understands and sees the BIG plan God has for his/her life. A transformed heart no longer wishes for himself/herself, the Holy Spirit extends that further and expands each of us to the very height of our calling. Welcome to the realm of visionaries.

Visions like clouds are subject to change or fizzle out. Yet to reach the fullness of our purpose and calling, we need to have vision – which is a clear big picture for our lives. In this podcast, I share some of the core fundamentals of how to get your own God-given vision in life. I started by re-emphasizing the fact that each person’s vision is distinct and unique [the jointness of our vision is called corporate vision wherein each individual having their distinct vision find connection and complementarity with another person’s vision – this is the foundation for co-visionaries and corporate destinies. Also the foundations for the establishments of corporations or institutions where it is founded on joint, collective and shared vision]. Because God operate as the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end (Revelation 1:8), he has the supernatural ability to declare the end of a thing even before it’s beginning (Isaiah 46:10). In God, all things are working out to fulfil his purpose.

That a man get a God-given vision for his life is key for him to be effective in his calling, ministry, and leadership. While both husband and wife have their respective roles and responsibilities, the work of husbandary, primarily belongs to man. As men, we owe our spouse the ability for us to provide leadership and direction for them to be able to help play their full capacities as help meet. Women are wired to help and support and as men, through clarified God-given vision, we give our wives the privilege of playing their full roles. In the podcast, we take a look at the Biblical context of the role of a man and conclude with the fact that contrary to what the world believes, taking time to rest/commune with God (as against hustle) and finding moments of solitude/fellowship (as against being under pressure to do stuff/make money), the male figure can arise to fulfill His peculiar role as a husband.

This episode starts off by emphasizing the need for individuals to become vision oriented. Part of the benefits of being vision oriented is that it causes expansion to occur for you. Beyond your assets (what you physically have), vision gives you access into the unseen, supernatural realm where you can tap into abundant unlimited resources that God has made available for you. Needless to add that for every vision, God has already made a provision. Welcome to the realm of visionaries. Glad that you are taping into this resource to help you in navigating your divine pathway for a purposeful life.

When individuals catch a glimpse of their God-given vision, it is common for them to shift gears and advance in line with what God is showing them. What usually follows is the tendency to lose track of things that don't matter or appear relevant in view of what God is showing or revealing. Relationship dynamics change. There are certain people, things, places, or events that will be lost. It so happens because those things don't have relevance in the fulfillment of your God-given vision. Be encouraged. Keep the vision clear. Write it down as scriptures say in Habakkuk. Keep the focus. You will come out golden. All the things you lost in order to fulfill what God has called you to do will come back to you in multiple folds. This podcase in to keep you going and inspired along the journey.

In this filler episode, I share my heart on the state of gun violence and gang culture in Toronto and the recent killings in Nigeria. Over 1800 lives have been lost in the past 6months in Nigeria. There has been over 250 shootings resulting in 24 deaths in Toronto, a 50% increase from this same time last year. When people have vision for a purposeful life, they learn to live with passion and with hope. Guns and killings will become less of an option.
