Carolines journey  of awakening has been about leaning into what was holding her in strong continuous threads of toxic relationships, depression & searching for love.

She shares connections to her family of origin and how she came to become aware of her relationship patterns and self destructive behaviours.  As well as the power of seeing your parents as 'people' as she wove her threads of fear of abandonment and rejection through.

Fears consuming many of her teenage years and twenties, then hitting a rock bottom in her thirties with depression, she decided that something has got to change.

We talk alcoholism, materialism, forgiveness and the seed of motherhood as a gift.
