From a spiritual perspective: There is only one real disease, and that is fear that has not been used in a healthy way to keep us safe.  Fear as a Disease is simply an overdose of something that IS necessary.  That overdose causes DIS-EASE in the mind and then the body which manifests as physical symptoms or illness.
In a time where the unknown surrounds us all, let's become more aware of the dosage of fear we are taking in every day.
