Dr. Gabriela Sandoval is the Executive Director of the Excessive Wealth Disorder Institute. Previously, she acted as Director of Race & Equity Policy for TURN – The Utility Reform Network. Dr. Sandoval holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Cornell University, as well as a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning. She obtained her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.
