Looking for Options – time to return to the USA
Hi everyone,
It’s time for me to leave Ecuador and return home to the states. I’ll be leaving everything here for the family I’ve been supporting since right before the pandemic started, otherwise they would be back to poverty. Between my ex-girlfriend and her three adult children they at least now have a chance to survive with a certain amount of dignity.
This is “starting over” time for me, as in a three-bag exit. I’ve been gone from the states for almost twelve years and I am really out of touch with the country: I have little idea on where a guy can both survive on $1550 a month and still be an asset to the people around me. I’m healthy and in the “super fit” category, so that’s not an issue. I’m thinking a small town somewhere in rural America where the rent’s cheaper and American values are strong – I’m not big on labels or political bandwagons, but I guess I fall into the “make America great again” category and want to help in any way I can.
I’m open to looking at all options that come forth. I sent Trump an offer to serve again back in February of last year, but that was a long shot from the start. If anyone has any ideas they would like to offer, please do.
As for the Son of Man Urantia Project, no worries. Rewriting “The Life and Teachings of Jesus” these last three years has not only been the most important work I’ve ever done, it has been a transformative experience for me personally – I’ve changed, or maybe grown up is a better way to look at it, and I’m still coming to grips with who I’ve become. It’s kind of scary in a way, but it’ll settle out at some point. So what I’m trying to say is that the project will continue even if there are some woobles along the way.
As far as a time frame for leaving Ecuador, as soon as possible.
So that’s it. If anyone has any ideas, please send them my way. All will be greatly appreciated.
Defend your liberty.
Protect those kids.
And let’s all get out there and find some way to serve humanity for nothing more or less than the sake of God.
