Join me and special guest Josie Hart. At just 9 years old, Josie found out the person she thought was her Dad was in fact not her biological father. We talk about the challenges of overcoming a childhood of not knowing who her real Dad is. We discuss how this developed an abandonment issue, particularly in past relationships and how Josie has tried to overcome this. We also discuss topics including her battle with mental health and how she has used TikTok to talk about her struggles to allow her to feel accountable and help others. After meeting lots of people along the way, I have realized in a world behind social media, there is a person going through life as vivid and complex as one’s own. This podcast is simple, through an interview format, I’m going to share insights from guests with different backgrounds and experiences to give you a look behind the scenes of their life behind the social media account.
