This morning, Minh Ngan continued to ask: "Despite being busy, I still want to practice. What resolution do I need when taking action? After the meditation secret, please give me a concise and essential teaching for taking action in daily life."

After replying with this poem, Trong Suot further explains:

All actions
Are shot straight out of Awareness 
Without any self
Believing in a self that chooses and then acts is an illusion.

Like watching a movie, the main character and the supporting characters don't decide and do anything but just the performance of the screen.

In reality,
There is no one calculating, choosing, or planning
There is no action-taker or decision-maker
There’s only the self display of Awareness 

Understand and witness this in life
That is the secret of action, or resolution in action,
It also means the execution or elimination of the illusion of self.

Always remember this, my child,
There is never any doer
There is never any choice
There is only the unstoppable flow of Awareness
To understand and surrender to this truth
Is the surrender of the ego to Awareness.
