New York Red Bulls President Marc De Grandpre has players and staff involved each year in “11 Days Of Service”, doing good in the community as a way to mark 9/11. The father of a daughter with autism, Marc also  spearheaded the effort for The Red Bulls to become the 2nd ever pro team to have special experiences at games, tailored to those on the autim spectrum. In fact, the reason he moved his family from Alanta to NJ  is because NJ leads the nation in support services for those with autism.

On 9/11/01, Lisa-Jayne Lewis was a 24 year old nanny from the UK, finishing her job and  just beginning her volunteerism with the Salvation Army.  The Massachusetts chapter sent her to work at Ground Zero . She had no idea she’d be on the chaplain team at Ground Zero, offering  comfort and support every time new remains were found.  It changed her life.

It’s unlike any other, built with the artist in mind. Doc director John McDermott is one of the few civilians who has ever been there. Unlike Abbey Studios, Electric Lady is not open to the public.
