I am so grateful that I had the chance to sit down with Sonya on 6th March and have a chat with her about life. She a very special human being and one who I have learnt so much from in the short amount of time that I have known her for. Sonya goes around to 1000s of schools in Australia and travels internationally talking about being safe around drugs and alcohol. But she is not just a drug and alcohol advocate she is a mentor for all the students she meets and is there for every single one of them at every point in their life. All you need to do is look at her social media to see this. With her funny and relatable experiences and her charismatic personality, you can not help but feel warm and fuzzy on the inside and feel like you can conquer the world, after being around her.
