Bungie, the creator of Destiny and Halo, is now a Sony PlayStation company.

But that fact has not stopped them from bringing legal action against a multitude of foes, including, now, an alleged serial cheater (that also is alleged to have threatened the company's employees).

What made the company bring this particular case, and what does it mean for other cheaters in their and other ecosystems?
