Sooo...Do you remember what it felt like the first time you realized something your parent (s) told you was an outright lie? Or maybe this question has made you feel like, NO WAY, my parents have never ever lied to me! Sorry to be the ones to tell you the truth but join Elle, Kenzie, Mel-J and Em as we review and debunk common untruths parents tell their kids. We get into an in-depth discussion on wether or not there are circumstances when it's ok to tell a fib or two to our own children and don't forget to stay until the end for our Sooo...Lutions on things to consider when making that decision.

Sooo...If you are anything like us then you have been in these social media streets more than ever before because being on lockdown is serious and although we have MORE to do between, homeschooling, working from home and managing everyone's needs, turning to social media or as we call it, being in these INNANET streets has been a welcome distraction. Join Elle, Em, Mel-J and Kenzie as we travel down some of our favourite avenues on IG starting with Proud Jamaicans, buckle in as we make a swing by Baller Alert and Hollywood Unlocked, then make sharp right with us to see what's happening on HBCU Confessions and keep up as we make a final stop to The Shade Room! We respond to some of the funniest posts, answer some questions of the day and give our advice on some pretty intense situationship questions. As fun as it can be our Sooo...Lutions cover How to Stay Sane on Social Media in the COVID-19 age!

Sooo...Just as we collectively sighed a breath of relief with the verdict of THAT person who killed George Floyd, we have to deal with another senseless murder of an unarmed black youth. (Ma'Khia Bryant) Here in Ontario, the government extended our stay at home order and backed it up with threatening POLICE action on free citizens just for being outdoors! How many of us were worried for our sons, husbands and family for those 24 hours? AND to top it all off we have SNOW SNOW!! on April 21st, it's a lot to deal with and sometimes you really can be at your wits end Sooo...that's why we decided to pause our regularly scheduled episode for today (CHEATERS - Don't worry we are coming for you next week!) instead we wanted to give you some expert backed advice Sooo... Elle and Kenzie are going over 14 Ways to Get Through Tough Times! We hope you listen and more importantly leave with some tools that can help you make it through this madness! You will make it through all of this and we will do it together! Please find the complete article and links to resources below:

Sooo...We've suffered some setbacks, technical and personal but we have pushed through and are excited to have Melo (Elle's Hubby) AK (Em's Hubby) and MJ (Mel-J's Hubby) return for another week! Sooo...The Man Dem Perspective Part 2 , Melo, AK, and MJ go through more of our past episodes and give us their perspectives. First, Elle/Melo, Em/AK and MJ/Mel-J join teams and play our trivia game: Sooo...You Think You Know Sex in 2021 this time we quiz the couples to see how up-to-date their knowledge of sex terms are. Next up, Melo, AK and MJ add to our Do's and Don'ts Of Dating episode by giving advice to the single men in our audience and finally we end the conversation with a question and answer period, Elle, Mel-J, Em and Kenzie get answers on topics we have never even thought to ask the men in our lives, from What Do Men Think of Women They Sleep With On a First Date to How Do men Feel When A Woman Asks Them Out! The answers were more than enlightening and we hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did! Let us know if you want to hear more from Melo, AK and MJ!

Sooo...It's finally here! We introduce Melo (Elle's Hubby) AK (Em's Hubby) and MJ (Mel-J's Hubby) to our listeners and we want to thank them for being our first guest on our show! We have an exciting episode where we start by introducing the couples by playing the Sooo...Podcast version of the not so newlywed game! Melo, AK and MJ give us the male POV on a few of our past but most popular episodes starting with Sooo...What Should Men Know Before THEY Get Married! We left this episode enlightened, not that we had to be 'mansplained' anything but we grow by listening to different perspectives and that certainly happened during this taping. We hope you have the same experience! It was such a success that we've already recorded a part 2 where the Man Dem share their take on more of our past episodes so stay tuned for that next week! Make sure you stay until the end, where
