Sophie's Bio: 

I'm currently a physical education and health and wellness teacher and a personal trainer and strength coach for a high school. I love coffee, animals, art, and anything related to chocolate and or dessert. I majored in photography and studio art in college. I hold a WNBF pro card in figure, fit body, and bodybuilding. I started bodybuilding in 2014 and was my own coach for my first two seasons. In 2016 I started working with Ryan Sullivan and together we were able to achieve an undefeated season, winning 6 shows, my bodybuilding procard, and a WNBF world title in Fit Body.
