In this episode I speak with Sophie Gray who is a psychotherapist. Sophie suffered anxiety and depression as a teenager but didn't piece it all together until she started studying. Sophie shares what her relationship is like with a narcissistic mother - how it affected her and how it has shaped her today. She says she always had a passion and interest in psychology which has led her to running a therapy practise with her father - whom they share a really strong bond together; Think Gray! (because success isn't always black & white)
Outside of her professional work and what she does to help make a difference in peoples lives who are looking to take back their power, Sophie is a mother and a Les Mills fitness instructor.
*Disclaimer this episode has some "noise" in the background...coming from my 3 year old toddler who decided it would be perfect timing to start screaming....... If you listened to episode one you'll know that this is just my reality and in order for me to fulfil my own aspirations sometimes I've got to deal with a little human being close to the speakers ;)
