For the final episode of Heroes in Arms, Southern Nuclear’s Rick Gayheart and Southern Power’s Ren Lawson both served on nuclear submarines and reminisce about what it was like being on a submarine. The impacts of their careers in the Navy on nuclear submarines created many opportunities for them.

As Southern Company continues to celebrate Veterans Day and veteran employees, SCS veteran recruiter Jamal Jessie talks to Kendall Richardson from Atlanta Gas Light. Jessie helped recruit Richardson to Southern Company. They reflect on their time spent in the Air Force and Navy and how those experiences shaped their careers at Southern Company.
