The Inner Critic is defined as the critical inner voiceinside your head that tells you “you are not enough” that “you are worthless” or it shames you or guilts you. I wanted to discuss the topic of Inner Critic because as we discussed in the last episode it can be one of the ways that Resistance shows up. It is the inner block that keep you from achieving your goals. Most importantly though I wanted to discuss the topic of the Inner Critic because I really think that although it is always there, people rarely recognize it unless they begin a process of self discovery.
