On this episode, I discuss the challenge of 'Trusting the Universe' and my journey in that so far. I share an experiment I conducted in July 2020 to help my mind and ego solidify more trust in the vast unknown.

The conclusion? Trusting the Universe isn't really about believing or trusting a higher power. Sometimes it's about giving you the break and permission that you need to release yourself from over-worrying.
