Kimberly Rush is an Identity Midwife, business coach, and author who helps established women coaches, healers, and entrepreneurs birth the woman—and the business—their future is waiting for.
And she knows a thing or two about losing yourself.
At 2 a.m., curled up in the backseat of her car after mold poisoning and chronic illness had turned her life upside down, Kimberly hit rock bottom. She barely recognized the woman she had become.
But underneath the pain and fear, there was still a knowing: this wasn’t how her story had to end.
So she started finding her way back to herself.
She questioned the people pleasing, self-doubt, need for approval, and invisible rules she’d spent a lifetime following. Little by little, she stopped abandoning herself and started choosing herself.
That experience became the heartbeat behind her work today.
Kimberly works with established women who don’t need another strategy—they already know what to do. She helps them strip away the shoulds, expectations, and conditioning that have disconnected them from their truth so they can remember who they are, trust what they know, and build from that place.
Kimberly is the author of Dare to Be HER: Unleashing Your Confidence, Power, and Authenticity and creator of the Dare to Be HER Experience.
Born breech in Charlotte, North Carolina—because apparently following directions was never really her thing—Kimberly went skydiving for her 18th birthday, loves Bob Marley, and has an unbreakable connection to Hawaii, especially the ‘āina, hula, and aloha spirit.
Her message is simple: Remembering who you are underneath everything you’ve been taught to be—and trusting HER—is enough to build the life and business your future is waiting for.
