You fell in love with who they were. And then somewhere along the way, they became someone you barely recognized. So which version was real?

Both of them.

In this episode, I'm sharing something personal that took me years to figure out and completely changed how I see people and move through relationships. I connect to people at the soul level, which means I would read someone's soul energy and think I knew exactly who they were, and then their human personality would show up and blow the whole picture apart.

What I had to learn is that the soul and the human personality are two very different things operating in the same person at the same time. And once you understand this, it changes everything about how you interpret the people you love, the hurt you've experienced, and the way you show up yourself.

We talk about what the soul personality actually is and why it's always oriented toward love and growth, how the human personality gets shaped by wounds, survival strategies, and years of conditioning, why that initial feeling of deep soul recognition is real even when the relationship gets complicated, and how to use this framework to respond instead of react when someone's unhealed parts are running the show.

We also go to the harder place. What do you do when you can't find their soul underneath anymore? When their human personality has so thoroughly taken over that you're exhausted from looking? That's in here too.

And somewhere along the way, someone told you that forgiving them was the spiritual thing to do. That if you really did the work, you'd be over it by now.
