You are your own authority, and your body knows this. Our entire lives, many of us have been taught to disconnect from the emotions of our bodies. We've been taught that it's not safe to feel. We've been taught to trust our logical mind and to see the evidence. We've been taught that ambiguities or explorations are wrong. Masculine and feminine energy...what the hell does all of this mean?! I specifically waited to record this episode on attracting and receiving until I felt like I was shifted to this place of feeling attractive and feeling open to receive! This really is the bulk of the challenge when we think about manifestation, calling in soulmate clients, growing our business to the next level, or breaking through income ceilings. It's the layers and layers && all the parts of us that don't feel worthy of attracting what we desire in some way, shape, or form. One of the most important things to realize about money is that it's truly an illusion... I know. You're like, WTF that's not true!!... I get it. Money can be the source of so much stress, worry, and struggle, and if we begin to realize that all of that is coming from something that is an illusion it can be kind of disorienting. It's not a bad thing that money is an illusion, it's actually something that you can use to your advantage to help bring in more money. When you actually look at what money really truly is, it's just a concept. There's not a physical stack of money somewhere with your name on it. Now that you know that money is an illusion, how do we leverage that information so that we can have more of it? So that we can have more money?

One of the biggest lessons I've learned in my journey is that we have so much power in presence. When we are present in the NOW moment, when we're focused on what's right in front of us, we have so much power and we can create so much. If you think about it, there is only NOW. Oftentimes, we numb out by dreaming of a better life or stress ourselves out by worrying about something we did in the past. The truth is, if we have the ability to bring our focus to the present, we can create so much and eliminate so much stress. What would you be doing if you didn't have to worry about the future? What would you be doing if you knew it was all taken care of? There is nothing to worry about if you focus on the NOW.
