DJ Cole and MC Stoll are joined by Jamon Douglas, Senior Software Engineer at Volta Charging for track four's cypher exploring the future of technology.  Film references include Minority Report, Sorry to Bother You, and the Terminator.  The beef between Giselle Ruiz, Tik Tok  and Amazon continues from track 3 with Jamon's reference to Joy Buolamwini's research with the the Algorithmic Justice League that got Jeff Bezos to back down.  Black Mirror would also be relevant to this conversation exploring artificial intelligence and the intersection of technology, and shared humanity and the future of humanity.  Later in the episode, Jamon mentions Dev Color, a network to support and empower black software engineers, and other organizations doing wonderful work, like Black Girls Code and Hidden Genius Project.
