It’s about deepening our relationship with who we truly are and where we truly came from. And it’s about expanding our awareness so we can see beyond the 3 dimensional world and the limits of our 5 senses. 

Aleisha’s podcast deals with a subject that is all over the place. Weight. Obesity. Yet she takes a very different approach to the conversation. I would say Aleisha is not a part of the weight loss industrial complex, she is a part of the awareness movement. Which is to say Aleisha is approaching weight loss not with diet and exercise, not with doing, she is approaching it with thinking and feeling. This is radically different than what conventional weight loss companies advocate.
