Soul-fully Sound

We have moved into Spring and with it, a sacred time of birth, renewal, and creation. In this episode, I discuss how these themes show up in our physical, energetic and spiritual bodies, along with my personal practices of honoring and capitalizing on the natural rhythm of the season.

In this moment, there is peace. Within that peace is an infinite source of knowing and remembering... and all you have to do to access it is just BE. Are you constantly reading, listening, learning, attaining, seeking, etc., etc.? This podcast is for you (and me!).

In today's share, I dive into the existence of cycles; not just as the seasonal ones we know so well, but also as they exist in the form of energetic patterns in our daily lives. I take it deeper to explore how these energetic patterns also show up in various ways in our individual lives (relationships, health, inspiration and more), and how we can become aware of and work with them for more authentic, soul-full lives.

In an ever-changing world it can be hard to feel steady, secure and supported. Affirmations, mantras and pep talks can provide a moment or days worth of positivity, but what about the long term, long lasting, on-my-side kind of support? I believe it only comes with knowing and honoring WHO you are, so that regardless of where you are or what occurs, you are tethered to the divine essence within, and connected to an infinite source of divine love. That's what this episode is all about.
