The 4 core Pillars of Soul-Level Transformation, Part 4
Quick recap of the first 3 pillars:
Pillar #1 = Sovereignty in your work as a healer and leader, as well as sovereignty to claim your mastery as someone who brings something completely new and unique to the planet…
Pillar #2 : Openness in sharing your journey out loud so that the whole world can benefit. Openness to transforming your business model by opening up your intuition, as well as opening up to receiving (healers often have a hard time with this).
Pillar #3: Unity of mind-body-emotions-and soul within your own life and then translating that into the work that you will be guiding your patients and clients through. Unity between your own highest values and how they match up with your work in the world (if there’s a discord there somewhere, noticing that, and creating a plan to get all levels of you on board with what your values truly are).
And now we come to the 4th pillar...LEADERSHIP!
If you want your service-based business to expand beyond you and into the legacy that you are here on this planet to bring, you absolutely need to start showing up as a Leader…
Expanding into your vision means expanding into the highest version of yourself;
THIS expanded version of you is the soul-level…
Which is that immutable, highly confident, empowered version of you…
Stepping into leadership is really just owning the truth of who you really are, and then making the empowered choice to step forward to deliver it to the world
And so…
If you’ve never been in a leadership role before, the first leadership role you must enter into is the one within your own life. Deciding to lead OTHERS is a big choice, it’s not the easy path by any means, but it’s the one we have to take when embarking upon any entrepreneurial journey.
This means leading your own life and business in a more powerful way by calling yourself out on your own crap!
It also means taking it upon yourself to notice when you’re operating in the illusory world of separated consciousness…
And the way you can know you’re swimming in the separated consciousness when you’re swimming in doubt, fear, worry, anxiety, and future projections...
And so the FIRST step in doing this is uniting ALL of you (your yin and yang, your light/dark, your feminine and masculine, your inner child and your inner parent… your knight and your damsel… your king and queen.)
This means standing up to the voices of falsehood within your mind, integrating ALL of your shadows, all of the inner archetypes that you’ve disowned, and seeing that what we judge as positive or negative within ourselves or others are actually all just neutral aspects… “light and dark” is just as neutral as “inhaling and exhaling.” We need both.
And true leaders embody and own both aspects and because of this: they are able to lead their people through the same integration process.
Leaders also embody:
DEEP PRESENCE
INTEGRITY
... and they also EMPLOY HELPERS along their journey, because movements that change the PLANET cannot be achieved in a vacuum.
