Its a summer and I am busy like a bubble bee (lol). Events managing around the country with Rudies and continuing the radio show format. On this edition i celebrate my "United Nations" all the great friends and associates that support the Soul Partizan cause and allow me to flourish. We start the show with classic songs that have become our signature, a tribute to the legendary Lamont Dozier. The future generation of artists throwing down brand new material, A dedication to the Notting Hill Carnival in West London, which re-opens after a three year absence, finally a killer mix of the Afro beat sounds that will dominate the carnival atmosphere

The Silverstone Circuit is a motor racing circuit in England, near the Northamptonshire villages of Towcester, Silverstone and Whittlebury. It is the home of the British Grand Prix, which it first hosted as the 1948 British Grand Prix. As Event Management in conjunction with @RudiesJerkShack we will be setting up, preparing and serving their mouthwatering food while @soulpartizan supply the music and vibes.

So after a glorious day doing the Queens Celebration All-Dayer gig with great success, it was time to concentrate on our main event. For the last Eight days, we have joined forces with @RudiesJerkshack as events management in the VIP area at Brockwell Park, South London working on four festivals: @Jubliation @citysplash @MightyHoopla and Finally but our personal favourite: @crossthetracks

For show #95 its the Cross the tracks festival we concentrate on with headliners @Khrunangbin @PatriceRushen & @MacyGray opening the show, Two Golden Nuggets from @kehlani @JustinBieber @DanielCaesar @Given "Hip hop you don't stop". A wonderful mix of the Next Generation of Artists Performing/appearing at the festival. Back from the States after another amazing experience. Finally, gonna have some quality chill out time. Decided to get out of London and head to the “Middle ground”, The Midlands to see my family and friends. It's been a while since I last visited, so was totally looking forward to it.

While travelling I was inspired by an article by Matt Anniss (Redbull Academy) who talked about All Dayer events that were huge in the North west & The Midlands during the 80s.

This got me thinking about the joyous days of partying as a youngster at venues : Rock City based in Nottingham & The Place, my hometown venue in Stoke, both situated next to the River Trent

So that was that, the article gave me an idea. This month's show was going to be a tribute to the All-Dayers & All-Nighters that changed the face of UK clubbing forever.

Love coming back to one of my spiritual homes. Every time I get of the plane in Detroit I feel a glow like I belong!

We start the show with some Chillax classics from Aretha Franklin, Gil Scott-Heron and Brian Jackson, Fugi and a brand-new track from up & coming artist Dee-one.

Was honoured to be invited to open the Dragon Bar in Hastings for the annual Fat Tuesday Festival.

On this show, I sample the delights of this event, interview the organisers & people who participates, throw down some serious tracks with my ole mucker Allan "Funki" Francis, then rush back to London to interview David Hill & Alexia Coley who collaborate on a wonderful compilation album from Acid Jazz Records called Soul Revivers: On the Grove.

I felt a fresh breath of air as I encountered our latest trip, Barcelona! The City of Gaudi, the smell of an old city that has gone through major changes but constantly creating amazing vibes, Landscapes, music, art and flavours. I really wanted to reflect this in my mix for this edition.
