I felt like it was time to share my story with you...

Ever wondered how I got where I am today or where I came from?

It's definitely been a tumultuous journey so far...

I've felt the lowest of lows in my life... But also the highest of highs... Often at the same time!

There have been multiple awakenings, death of the ego / old self, burn out, health challenges, hormone problems and the list goes on!

As well as moments that cannot be explained except for calling it an intervening from the grace of God...

My hope is that it gives you some comfort...

To know you're not alone if you're currently suffering... 

And that it inspires you to trust, believe and know that there is so much more waiting for you in life!

All it takes is one decision and a moment of courage!
