Soul (Re)Discovery episodes

  • EP.38 Life Update Soulo
In today's episode, we welcome Katherine back from her hiatus from Soul (Re)discovery, introducing two new episodes! Katherine wraps up 2022 by going over significant life updates, the podcast, and business changes that led into the new year. 2022 was the poetic year of new identities and restructuring our lives post-quarantine. As a collective, we experienced massive quantum leaps and many astrological shifts that helped us shift into a new paradigm. As we step into 2023 Katherine goes over how she plans to expand her business with new and exciting projects to look forward to this upcoming year.

  • ep. 37 - Healing Miscellany with Katherine Creighton Crooke
In today's episode, we meet Katherine Creighton Crooke! K.C.C. is a trauma-sensitive intuitive healing facilitator and body connector, helping leaders and world changers get their bodies on board with their life mission. With a background in clinical massage therapy, which grew to include visceral manipulation, she started noticing that there was often an emotional or energetic component to the pain or issues her clients were experiencing with their bodies, especially if those issues weren't responding to more traditional intervention.
She's developed a unique approach to connecting with the body, so it can show you where you're carrying things you can let go of, or so you can release the energy of what you may have already processed mentally / intellectually.
Combining an understanding of posture, the musculoskeletal system, and biomechanics with an ability to guide a deep connection to their own body, she helps clients develop a different relationship with their body, so they can be the partner it was always meant to be.
Instead of the body being a necessary inconvenience, it's meant to support you in your life's work. Everybody wants to have a better, clearer relationship with their person, and Katherine is here to help make that a reality.

  • Ep. 36 - Simone and The Pursuit of Transcendence
In today's episode, we meet SIMONE! Simone and I met over a year ago in a business mastermind group and she immediately stood out to me. We instantly clicked and connected. We have so many parallels to our stories, everybody who meets her just adores her, and I could not be more thrilled and honored to introduce her to you all! Join us today to discuss when Simone first discovered her gifts and how she grew to integrate them into her life.
Simone is an old soul who has done Lightwork over many lifetimes. She has left several successful careers as an Editor-in-Chief, Stunt Actress, Managing Director, and Educator to answer to the call of Spirit and pursue her dreams, her calling, and her mission. She is not only a traveler on our beautiful Earth, but also an astral traveler who is able to access multi-dimensional realms beyond our physical reality.
Simone created Indigo Sand as a space for lightworkers, healers, and all spiritual visionaries on this path to come together as a conscious community of Light. Here, we share our wisdoms, co-create, and journey together. She is a natural Light Leader, Quantum Healer, Intuitive Channel, Spiritual Guide, Ascension Mentor, and New Earth Visionary. She assists in the raising of collective consciousness for our planet to bring in the vision of Sacred New Earth, where we live in communities of light, love, harmony, and peace.

  • Ep. 35 - The 2/22/22 USA Pluto Return
In today's episode, Katherine and fellow professional astrologer Victoria Greer Stephens dive into the highly anticipated United States Pluto Return, falling on 2/22/22, of all dates.
What is a Pluto Return? Astrologically, this is when Pluto returns to the same position in a birth chart where it was when the chart began (aka, where Pluto was on the birth date). It happens around every 248 years, meaning this is the Pluto return for the United States since the country was founded in 1776. As humans, we don’t live long enough to have our own Pluto return, so we are even more fascinated to witness a country having their very first one. Pluto is a planet of death and rebirth, creation and destruction. It shows us where we personally face the intense powers of such things, so this is a powerful time to be alive and harness the energy of Pluto.
Curious to know Katherine and Victoria’s expectations, insights, and predictions? You’ll have to listen and find out!

  • Ep. 34 - Author Emily Kimelman Interviews Me
In today's episode, we get to listen in on a very special experience: Katherine is interviewed for a book. This episode is an honest and vulnerable conversation that allows us to look into how Katherine grew to where she is today. It's not every day that she gets to tell her own Soul (Re)Discovery story, and this episode encapsulates her journey up until this point. It is interviewed by Emily Kimelman, who is the author of over 20 novels and is currently researching people who channel and read the Akashic Records. The conversation is all about gaining an understanding of what it is like to be Katherine. So with that said, let's dive in!
