Know Your True Worth!  Pt 1 Soul Soup with Dr. Janette Freeman

Many people suffer with the "Not enough" syndrome and then find so many ways to overcompensate. Our over identification with so many different aspects of self, trying to find confidence, empowerment, self esteem, etc. in the old way doesn't work- long term. You can never make the little self "enough."

But there is a part of you that IS enough- More than. That part of you that is whole, complete, assured, aligned, and Divine. That is the SELF that doesn't need reprogramming.

Rather than reprogramming the little self, let's tap into the I AM Nature and experience the joy, peace, wholeness that is ITS nature!

In this episode you will be led through a powerful practice to release identities, roles and possessions and come into your TRUE Nature.  It is whole and perfect.

MANIFESTING LOVE on SOUL SOUP With Dr. Janette Freeman
This week: "Take Back Your Power to Have Love!"

Retrieve the responsibility you have given others to give you love and powerfully take back your power.

It’s time to retrieve the responsibilities you have given to others and take back your power. You must learn to get in your own center and stay there- and access the energy of that which you have imagined coming from others.   Your relationships are a reflection of the Love you have internally, not a cause for them.  So in this class you will retrieve responsibility and access the Love within you first.  You will let go of neediness and be present in your Center of Love so that you can attract more love into your life.

In the Process, you will unhook your dependency on others for love and hook back into your Divine Nature as the Source of your Love.

MANIFESTING LOVE on SOUL SOUP With Dr. Janette Freeman
This week:  Choosing Love Every Moment!

Learn to Live More from the Authentic Self - which is LOVE and heal the old belief that its "selfish" to choose you!

Because its not.  That's old.  The truth is, you have to 'mine' you, the real I AM nature of you.  The Divine YOU, which is love.  In this class you'll clear some of that old stuff/energy that says its selfish to want what you want.

You choosing the energy of YOU and loving what you LOVE and giving voice to Love in you is how you activate more love in your life, both in the inner and then in the outer.
