I have spoken of this many times over the years. It is something so easy yet something so powerful to change the energy around you, or within your family. Our homes are our most sacred, most safest place to be. In this episode I talk about little things you can do to change the energy, make it a little bit more special to you and also ; how to cook with intentions. Every herb that you may use, is said to have a magical property attached to it. When you charge these herbs with your good intentions when cooking, you are spreading that joy and magic to your family.  Grab a notebook, take some notes and then do some homework. Find out why herbs and spices, are such a magical part of our meals.

I received an email about what is is like being a Witch with all the talk of Satinism today. I giggled when I first read it, and then thought to myself..wow - I really need to shed some light on this. There are evil people in the world - all over, all colors, all differant religions...and there are beautiful enlightened people as well. Let's remember the light, share the light and understand the light.

Over the past few months, we have discussed many topics, and this has been one of the many questions emailed to me.  I figured I would shed a little light on it. I see many clients, for many various reasons - but one thing stands true in all of them:

They are trying to live the best life possible for themselves. With that being said, there are many great Coaches - Life and Spiritual, do your research on their credentials and never feel as if you are failing in any aspect. Coaches are here to guide you, to hold your hand somewhat while you focus, and take baby steps to get to where you want to be. YOU have to have the commitment and remember... LIFE is waiting!

Welcome everyone..

You asked, I listened....It just took me a LONG LONG time to get things together. Stuff like this is COMPLETELY out of my comfort zone, but I am trying. I have been wanting to introduce another platform for us since January, so the positive thing about this pandemic is that I am finally being "Pushed" to finish what needed to be done. I am  not an expert in ANY of this, and I am sure you will be able to tell, but hopefully I will become more familiar to this world of technology that I have been thrown into.  ( I got the Zoom thing down a bit - thank god for classes,) 

With this Podcast, we will be discussing many things, covering many various topics - but even though this first once is more introductory than anything, the episodes to follow will be more for you. You can send me messages, you can share stories, I can call you as a guest to share your knowledge and a whole NEW world of great experiences together.
