In this episode we discuss transitions through business and entrepreneurship. Our special guest Stephanie Pither has found a way to use all of her past life and work experiences to carve a new endeavor while staying true to how she has evolved as a woman, teacher and mentor.

Stephanie is a yoga instructor, sound healer and professional organizer. She also curates and plans yoga retreats around the world. 

She works guiding individuals feeling stressed or overwhelmed to live intentionally balanced and meaningful lives. 

Stephanie has a rich and diverse background.  She studied psychology at USC and has experienced a successful career in corporate events and wedding planning. In 2015 she took her 200 hr yoga teacher training and began a new journey moving her life and work in a completely new direction.  

She recently launched her newest endeavor, Be Well, Dwell Well, a wellness company where she manages her portfolio of diverse skills and offerings to her students and clients with private yoga sessions, yoga retreats, sound healing events and professional organizing services.

With her academic background in Psychology, Sociology and Economics, coupled with a qualification as a sex and relationships therapist, and more recently a side gig as a transformative dance facilitator, she guides women through menopause using a unique blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, Gestalt therapy, and movement practices. Beyond her professional life, Susan practices yoga and meditation, enjoys reading and dancing, and deeply values her relationships with the people around her.
