In this week's episode, we chat about our beliefs when it comes to spirituality. We explore what spirituality means to us, how we can detect if someone has bad energy, and the different ways energy is transferred. Kiechea shares how she practices Buddhism, and talks about how her mum taught her how to meditate from an early age. We share how we block out our thoughts when they get too chaotic and the power of being alone with your thoughts and how our conscious thoughts can affect our dreams.

After binge watching all 8 episodes in one sitting, I dissect the nextfix series Top Boy with Leah and we talk about why this series differs so much to the first.
This week I am joined by Faith and we touch on Sexism, racism, discrimination and class. She delves in to what it was like growing up in a religious household, going to private school, and coming out as gay as a young black female and the daughter of 2 pastors. She explains how therapy has guided her through a lot of her adolescense and the life lessons it has taught her.
This week I am joined by Kyra who shares her experience of buying a house at 19. She talks about the pros and cons of buying a property young, how much money it set her back, and the sacrifices she had to make to get to her financial goals. We delve into what happens when the relationship with the person she brought a house with turned sour and she was left with a property she didn't want; stating it was a financial mistake she may never recover from.
