Soul Talk

There’s an evolution happening in FEMININE work.

For a long time, the work was expression. Feel your rage. Move the grief. Follow your intuition. Let your body have a voice. Find the places you’ve been conditioned and bound and make yourself free.

And thank God we did.

But Violet and I started this conversation with a question I’m much more interested in now:

what happens when you've met the need to express or discharge energy and you shift the flow of energy so your body becomes big enough to actually hold it?

To circulate it. To run more of it.

And how do you know the difference between holding your energy and repressing yourself?

We dive into the tiny little set screws that are still there after years of healing. Into the ways our patterns get more sophisticated as we do. Into what happens when you’ve gathered the data and demolished the old buildings and now you actually get to BUILD from the sovereign place underneath all of it.

Because you don’t want to be a never-ending project to fix.

You want to live.

And you want a body capable of holding a LOT of life.

More energy. More desire. More intimacy. More truth. More pleasure. More power. More of your heart, pussy, womb, voice, your actual vital SELF online and available for this life.

Healing still happens. We just do it on the road.

This is the evolution Violet and I are talking about here, and it is also exactly where Valkyries is going.

We begin September 21st on the Equinox, and our first season is EROS: building the somatic and energetic capacity for more life force, more vitality, more desire and a bigger life to actually move through you.

Not another six months of fixing yourself.

Six months of becoming capable of holding more of who you already are, in a field of women who can see the tiny places you can’t see yourself and will hold you to the life you say you want.

Come with us.

on tension, letting go and erotic aliveness. Your life is calling. You should leap.

In this week's episode of Soul Talk, Violet and I explore why so many women are running on the wrong fuel. We talk about the subtle ways life force leaks—through obligation, overthinking, people-pleasing, endless scrolling, and all the places we've normalized living at half capacity. We also unpack why doing "the work" can sometimes become just another form of self-improvement, and what changes when the work starts working you instead.

If you've been craving more energy, more turn-on, or the feeling that you're finally living from your truth instead of everyone else's expectations, I think you'll love this conversation. We wander through nature, feminine cycles, masculine structure, and what it actually takes to cultivate a life that feels deeply alive.

T and I jam on embodied confidence, power, containing your energy and being the woman who can hold herself through anything.

make magical broth for abundance!

When you’re a witch in the kitchen your energy is everything;
Your food will take on the energy you’re running (and you eat it 😳)
Be intentional. What magic are you casting?
Orient first.
💰Feel, sense, visualize money flowing with ease.

🤩Dream clients dropping in daily, lit to invest.

🦸🏻‍♀️Biz brass tacks are easy peasy.
👩‍🍳Recipe and magickal execution 👇
Pour what you’re calling in into your broth making.
You’re literally making your dreams manifest into your broth—
🐔Pull 1 rotisserie chicken, use chicken later in: tacos, curry chx salad, sandos, etc.
🍗Add chx carcass reverently to large pot, slow cooker, crock, thanking her for her life and vitality
🥕Add carrots, celery, garlic, onion, shallot, ginger, etc (whatever roots you have kickin around.)
❌ Don’t add carrot tops, celery middle or fresh herbs yet, it’ll pull bitter.
🧄Add cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, bay leaves, clove, marjoram, sage (intuitively pick and choose re: what you have in kitch)
🧂Cover with water, salt generously.
My kitchen magic secret ?
(Chinese 5 spice add ancient magicks)
Low simmer all day or overnight, add fresh herbs (rosemary, sage, cilantro, basil, thyme, tarragon, margoram, etc) if desired in the morning, strain, push material through, salt again for balance.
Drink, make soups, reduce, go magical ham.
🍞Pro tip: your sourdough starter loves to be fed and sit next to your broth overnight.
