Pour what you’re calling in into your broth making.
You’re literally making your dreams manifest into your broth—
🐔Pull 1 rotisserie chicken, use chicken later in: tacos, curry chx salad, sandos, etc.
🍗Add chx carcass reverently to large pot, slow cooker, crock, thanking her for her life and vitality
🥕Add carrots, celery, garlic, onion, shallot, ginger, etc (whatever roots you have kickin around.)
❌ Don’t add carrot tops, celery middle or fresh herbs yet, it’ll pull bitter.
🧄Add cinnamon, turmeric, nutmeg, bay leaves, clove, marjoram, sage (intuitively pick and choose re: what you have in kitch)
🧂Cover with water, salt generously.
My kitchen magic secret ?
(Chinese 5 spice add ancient magicks)
Low simmer all day or overnight, add fresh herbs (rosemary, sage, cilantro, basil, thyme, tarragon, margoram, etc) if desired in the morning, strain, push material through, salt again for balance.
Drink, make soups, reduce, go magical ham.
