In this episode fasting is the topic of discussion, what happens when you fast. From personal experiences I became more alert, more energized & more aware of my organs harmonies connection or vibration with one another. Smoothies, juicing & natural supplements minerals & vitamins are now habits I will not be without in my everyday existence in the physical. By doing so this has increased my ability to become one with the universe & having a direct connection with the source of all life, because I am now self aware.
