What to do? Surrender of course. Surrender to the greater flow of life as it unfolds in front of us. Be in the experience.

It is said that emotions are like the weather, tough to predict; one day bright and sunny, another day there's a strong storm front moving through so batten down the hatches. Weather has patterns and so do emotions. If you pay attention, over time, this patterning in one's emotionality appears. Being able to see this as well as the practice of waiting out the emotional storms is the pathway to emotional clarity.

Karma means several things depending on your beliefs but conceptually we can agree on karma being a result or a cause of a choice. What we do today affects our future and some even believe our past and future lives. "Good" deeds produce good results, while the "bad" deeds lead to suffering. The key is our intentions and why we do the things that we do.

Woven into the fabric of our collective consciousness, persistent and pervasive, is an illusion of separation. The grand illusion, if you will. The state designed to see often perceives itself as separate from which is designed to be seen, perpetuating the illusion of individuality, identity and autonomy. 
Yet, despite this apparent division, there is an underlying unity that transcends the illusion.
