What do you think of the term “Self Love”? It’s something we hear so often, and yet it fails to encompass the entirety of appreciating, loving, and caring for yourself. A lot of people misunderstand, or even intentionally misuse the words Self Love to justify behaviours they know they shouldn’t be doing, while others shy away from the concept completely.
