This powerful and deeply relaxing meditation came through me to gift to you at this time of the corona virus pandemic. It’s divinely encoded with healing energy for mind, body, and soul. Download it and use it to relax, restore, or rest when you feel stressed. Support your health by inviting calm. Feel safe and peaceful during these times of profound change and uncertainty. I shared this with a team member who emailed me saying: “For the first time in years I've been able to fully relax and let go..." You are loved. You are safe in God’s hands.
Is fear a big issue for you? What are you really afraid of? What is underneath all of the things you shy away from? The answer is pain. We spend a lot of our lives avoiding painful things, and the longer we do, the more it builds up inside of us, creating turmoil in our lives. Things like anger, anxiety, addiction, are all unpleasant byproducts of avoiding the pain we’re afraid to experience. Yet if we just felt the pain we were meant to experience, we could begin to heal, become strong, and even move on to be better. Whole again. Home.
“Keeping your word has got to include your word to yourself”
“I have to matter as much as the people I love”
“The more we deny our pain, the more we affirm for ourselves that we are not worthwhile”
“What is the pain you’re in that the addiction is serving to numb out?”
“You were once wild here. Don’t let them tame you.” ― Isadora Duncan
It wasn’t that long ago that women couldn’t vote. It wasn’t long ago that women couldn’t have their own credit cards. It wasn’t that long ago that prominent women were burned at the stake. Things have improved a great deal, but our history as a society has left us with very few women to look up to. Where are all of our role models? It’s time for women to emerge as true leaders. To shrug off the mantle of masculine leadership and birth our own way of doing things. It starts with self compassion. Learn to appreciate who you are, and what your gifts are. Learn to value and find the power in where you’ve been and what you’ve experienced. See your life as a spiritual experience, a classroom, and a miracle, then help other women to do the same.
Having compassion for self
Embracing our gifts
Why we’re actually here
We need each other, can that be okay?
“We don’t have role models, and we need to have this conversation”
“We’ve learned to adapt on subtle levels”
“We need to start giving ourselves permission to be who we are”
“When the ego loses, everybody wins”
“Can we stop pretending that we’re supposed to have it all together”
What do you think of the term “Self Love”? It’s something we hear so often, and yet it fails to encompass the entirety of appreciating, loving, and caring for yourself. A lot of people misunderstand, or even intentionally misuse the words Self Love to justify behaviours they know they shouldn’t be doing, while others shy away from the concept completely. If you truly love yourself, and treat yourself with the kindness, tenderness (and sometimes even firmly) that you deserve in each moment, truly magical things begin to happen within your life, and the lives of those around you. Join SJR this week as she delves into the 3 main pillars associated with properly loving and nurturing yourself.
“Somehow we’ve learned that to be valuable there must be struggle, to attain it must be hard”
“I worry a lot. What’s wrong with me? Why do I worry?”
“To be aware, where do we need to be?”
“We can’t change what we don’t accept”
“Acceptance doesn’t mean you have to like it”

This week’s episode of The Soulution features SJR’s online business adventure. From entering the online space with a massive career already behind her, she experienced a different rollercoaster completely as she discovered the different layers of the online facade. People pretending they have attained greatness, but nothing to show for their claims. People pretending to be strong, but faltering when questioned. People telling you the next step, when they haven’t been on that road themselves. Through a jungle of inauthentic and immoral behaviors, we’re expected to find our true way. That is where this story has a happy ending: alignment is possible. Joy and pleasure are attainable, and your values don’t need to be compromised in the process. Join us as we unravel another Soulution.

In this episode, SJR speaks about the treasures inside us buried deep under conditioning and culturalization. There is an inherent fear of digging deep, but we must uncover ourselves. Thinking about “the right way” distracts from what your soul is begging you to take note of. Disregard the “should do” or “should be” and deliver what is unique to you. Blame, guilt, and shame have no place here. SJR understands it can be scary to go to these types of depths, but it is necessary for us to create. SRJ insists that we mustn’t compare. We can only believe in what we do and rely on our intuition.
“All treasures are buried.”
“You have untold treasures inside you. You have to dig deep.”
“Many times I have needed a mentor to hold me by the hand.”
“Alignment is so necessary.”
“We all have a purpose.”
“Your intuition is whispers of your soul.”

In this episode, SJR begins with a compelling story about the 4 minute mile. She talks about our beliefs and their link to human limitations as well as their impact on visualizing possibilities. Susan-Jane shares that it is imperative that we uncover the unconscious beliefs and identities that hold us back from achieving our goals. We are most loyal to our self-identity but are we being honest?
“Begin with the end in mind.”

“You can’t do anything that you can’t see yourself doing.”
“You need to step into the next level version of you.”
“The big lie is, ‘I’ll be happy when . . .’ “

In this Episode, Susan explores what is meaningful to us, as women, in this moment? She touches on several key points:
Susan shares a story about when she was a little girl. She says she was called geeky for approaching people and asking them to be her friend. She realized:
Listen for Susan’s explanation of reconciliation of these things, by showing up and being authentic. Susan says she’s always been a visionary leader and she catches herself wanting to downplay her imaginational wisdom. This is because of the training we get as children. Within the male paradigm the world is a hostile place because we are not able to bring femininity and intuition into it. Susan inspires with her words about a friendly, not hostile, universe that surrounds us and supports us when we’re aligned.
“The most important question a person can ask: Is the universe a kind place?”
“My intuition is my GPS.”
“Everything happens for us.”
“Listen to the message that’s come out of my mess.”
“We are reluctant to put ourselves out there because it doesn't feel safe . . . somehow.”
“The word ‘nice’ originally meant foolish.”
“We are made to carry life.”
