I am so excited to introduce you to today's guest, Dana Croschere. Dana is an award-winning film producer and has spent the last 15 years volunteering at various ranches, immersing herself in the transformative world of equine-assisted therapies and witnessing the healing power, presence, and sacred connection between horses and humans. 

When I first heard about her latest film, Rescued Hearts (coming in 2024), which takes a look at unpacking this incredible horse-human connection, I knew I had to bring her onto the podcast. Welcome back to Part 2 of our discussion on Equine Breathing with Clare Frost! Clare is based in the UK and she developed the Equine Breathing technique 25 years ago to help her horse, Cool Rain, who had developed severe head-shaking. By applying respiration physiology principles, Clare was able to develop a breathing training technique for the horse and the results were stunning!

She then tried the technique with a windsucker and a pony afflicted by sweet itch who both showed similar success. She realized that this technique could bring relief and improved health to large numbers of horses, and made it available for free to everyone who would like to use it. We continue our discussion with:
