I have the honor of speaking with TV/film actor Teren Carter who is a native of Baltimore native and currently resides in metro NY. Teren Carter began his professional acting career in the German production of Miss Saigon.  Later, he played the role of Simon in the national tour of "Jesus Christ, Superstar", performing with originals Ted Neely and Carl Anderson.  Additional credits include the role of Black, in Andrew Lippa’s “The Wild Party”, Nomax, in the Arizona Rep Theater's production of "Five Guys Named Moe", and Adrian in "Smokey Joe's Cafe." As a Jamaican immigrant to the USA, I have lived here for over 30 years. Although I can honestly say that I have not had an incident of blatant racism shown to me, it's likely that I've experience a subtle form of it. My guess on the show is Author, singer/songwriter and producer Sam Archer who has joined me in discussing racism in America from a Caribbean perspective.

On this the first episode of our show and given the current racial climate, we find it fitting to address police brutality, and racism. Hope you will listen with an open mind, and let's agree to disagree.
