This is so common and if you do you are not alone. ⁣
⁣
How many times have you wanted to do something or be something but you’re stop yourself but you’re worried about what the people around you will say? ⁣
⁣
𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲! 🙋🏼‍♀️⁣
⁣
Sometimes I still do 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m human, right!⁣
⁣
But how much are you sabotaging your own happiness by doing this? ⁣
⁣
Let’s be honest, if I hadn’t broke out of this pattern, I would still be married, stressing about money, in a job I hated, very unhappy and no where near starting a business to help people all around the world! ⁣
⁣
That is a fact! ⁣
⁣
When I started to be true to myself, people didn’t like it and some still don’t but my why is so much bigger than their opinions! ⁣
⁣

This is why I’ve recorded this week’s podcast on ‘Do you sabotage your own happiness?’ ⁣
⁣
Please have a listen,  you can probably tell this is a subject I am so passionate about. So I apologise now for any insane ranting.

It is important and a massive step forward on aligning and loving yourself so please take the time to listen not as a gift to me but as a gift to yourself. ⁣

Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. ⁣
