Soulful Sister

Self-growth and healing is not a straight line— it spirals, zig zags, it’s messy, and it’s human.

In this episode, I talk about my experience of depression. The feeling of being numb to your reality, disconnected with life, and loosing my sense of self. I had a massive wake-up call in a moment of darkness. I felt a connection with spirit and in that moment I realised, it wasn’t that I didn’t want to live anymore, it was that I wanted to feel alive. An intense week of spiritual metamorphosis while embracing the 8/8 lionsgate energy by stepping into my personal power and purpose.

Do you have your 2020 vision on for COVID-19? Why are thousands of doctors and scientists being silenced from mainstream media? What’s the real reason behind all the government control measures, tracking, isolation, and the DNA-altering vaccine? What’s next? What I know for sure is that masks won’t silence me and I will stand for my freedom.

If you’re read this, I’m wishing you patience, peace, and healing during your metamorphosis. The lady bug is such a special sign from the universe. ❤️❤️❤️

In this episode, I share the very first time I discovered law of attraction and playfully set an intention out to the universe of manifesting $2000 in 1 week so I could get out of my credit card debt. How it happened still blows my mind today. —s.s.

In this episode, I share what the universe surprised me with on my 26th birthday. I talk about number synchronicities, a meditation by the river, the cosmic joke, and the birth of soulful sister. —s.s

I’ve had many awakenings in my spiritual journey, but in this episode, I talk about my first big awakening. I had a dark night of the soul moment from depression to feeling a connection with spirit. I talk about how I felt like I was going crazy in the beginning of my awakening, but then amazing things started happening in my life so I took a leap of faith, leaving my hometown to go off into the world, to follow my heart. —s.s
