What if the things the world tells our boys to suppress — their emotions, intuition, tenderness - are actually their greatest gifts?

In this episode, I’m sharing the raw, real, and soulful truths about raising sensitive boys in a world that still doesn’t quite know what to do with their depth. From the quiet panic of childhood to full-blown panic attacks and insomnia, wine dependency, and medical gaslighting of my twenties and thirties, I share the moments that broke me, as well as the ones that slowly brought me back to life.

This is a story about trauma hiding in plain sight. About being dismissed, dismissed again, and finally deciding to take healing into my own hands. I talk honestly about the day everything changed, where I sat in a beanbag with a guided meditation, and how tools like meditation and energy therapy gave me my life back.
