In this second episode of our weekly SoulFullHeart Experience Podcast, SoulFullHeart Facilitators Raphael and Jelelle Awen and Gabriel Heartman talk about the importance of feeling your emotions and dropping into your emotional body as it allows the digestion of traumatic experiences with the parts of you that experienced them. Feeling your traumas and emotional reactions to them, rather than bypassing them, actually raises your vibrational frequency as stuck traumas densify your emotional body, chakras, and even physical body.
They all share about how working with parts of yourself during 1:1 sessions with a SoulFullHeart Facilitator creates a safe space where you can feel these traumas again with the parts of you who are living them out over and over....and actually transmute them. Raphael and Gabriel share about specific traumas that they have felt and overcome due to being open to feeling and healing their them with parts of themselves, rather than bypassing or transcending them with spiritual attainments, etc.
