Hey its me, here is accepting what we can't control part one of the sequence, I will add more in coming week.
This has been a BIG one in learning, and undoing what become a normal way of living, train of thoughts, suffering anxiety an trying to control every situation which ended up with one burnt out girl!
Some take aways for you...
- Accept who you are, Transform how you perceive yourself
- Control your mind or it will control you
- Have a growth mindset
- Outside noise is life, don't put a meaning or attachment to it
