If you choose to follow someone for the rest of your life, don't you want to know where they're going? Jesus calls people to follow Him, and knowing where He's headed will change everything. In this message, we’ll learn what the original version of following Jesus really means.

Following Jesus isn't about behavior modification, but heart transformation. Whether you have been following Jesus in a dedicated way or from a distance, He loves you. Even if you have a horrible failure in your life, He stands with compassion, ready to forgive. Peter denied Jesus three times, but was later used in powerful ways to spread the gospel. Wherever you are right now in your spiritual walk, whatever you may have done in your past, God invites you to follow Him closely, and let him use your life in amazing ways.

God has a bright future, a great blueprint for every one of us! He desires four things for us - that we ENCOUNTER Jesus, ENGAGE in community, ESCAPE the sting of the past and EVANGELIZE our world! When we take the steps God has for us this fall, we can fulfill His greatest vision for our life, to become like Christ!
