Tanya, a mother of two, and a passionate lawyer, accountant, dancer, and healer shared her experiences and perspectives on childbirth. She described her pregnancies and childbirth as anticipated and uneventful, emphasizing her healthy body's natural design for the experience. Tanya chose not to use painkillers during childbirth out of curiosity for the natural process. She believed in her body's capability to birth without interference, mentioning she was open to using an epidural if needed in a hospital setting.

Tanya found the experience of giving birth to be one of the most beautiful and calm moments of her life, emphasizing a state of full presence. She recalled using the memory of her son's birth as a calming tool for sleep, noting its profound spiritual quality.

Tanya admitted she hadn't consciously considered it but recognized the importance of being fully present during the birthing experience, linking it to spirituality. 

Both Tanya and I, who share an interest in spirituality, discussed the significance of a positive mindset and focusing on the beauty and ritual of childbirth as a spiritual initiation. 

Sue and Soul delved into various aspects related to childbirth, nursing care, and holistic healing in healthcare environments, emphasizing the importance of a client-centered approach, particularly in labor and delivery, and the significance of processing birth experiences in a safe and supportive setting. Sue shared her pre-birthing periods characterized by feelings of fear, isolation, and lack of support in the birthing process, noting a strong focus on the physical aspects that disconnected her from her emotional and spiritual needs.
