This week at the Soul Talk Cafe, I share a little bit of how I learned early in my life to communicate love. Self Abandonment was my language and what I communicated. I abandoned myself but I held others responsible for making me feel ok!

Jesus teaches us how to love and communicate the kingdom way... which breaks the barriers that keep us from receiving and showing love properly! 1 John 4:19-21.

What's In A Name? God calls us by name... It's part of our identity... it's how we show up!

To know your power you have to know who you have been created to be and how God sees you. Above knowing, you have to believe it! When you believe... no matter what happens, you will know your capacity and the power you possess!

Soul Care and Self Care go hand in hand but can you truly have Self Care without Soul Care?
