The salary hike and other benefits that the teacher owned but neither the management nor the Govt of India recognized the hard work of teacher nor the management. That's the reason that Indian teacher lives in miserable condition.

How to find the right school for teaching – with respect to salary and job?

When ever a teacher applies for a job, She/he has to do thorough research of the market and the education institute. For example

1. School Location;

2. School Website - are they transparent with information like school core committee, Management committee, there official no. and mail.

3. School affiliation number irrespective of the board.

4. School review – Please don’t fall in trap of google review. Ask few teachers who work there after the school hours, do some background check. Go online for review from teachers. There are many websites that can help you in this.

5. School transport;

School rules and benefits online.

School Core committee(SCC) is the board who governs and guides, decides and implements policies.

- Approved by the Board of Trustees

There Roles -

- SCC makes, modifies, recommends all policies related to school – in terms of micro and meso level operations.

- This committee supervises the activity of the school for its smooth functioning.

- It acts as bridge between the Trust, Managing committee and the School.

And yes they get extra pay for the above duties.

Senior education officials are banking on the New Education Policy (NEP) to break the stranglehold that private tuition centres have over the education system. One of the objectives of the NEP is to focus on “regular formative assessment for learning rather than the summative assessment that encourages today’s coaching culture”.
