In this episode I discuss coronavirus and it’s effect on my life and my Sounder staff as well as some ways that I am dealing with being isolated I talk about the Amanda Shires concert and we lounge with her and listen to some music and I talk about my instant pot. I have not been on for a couple of weeks here is an update on what’s been going on with me as we begin a new season of SounderLife

Sounder princess kels goes through the album track by track telling personal stories and connections with Amanda’s songs and lyrics. Discussing which songs are most inspirational to her and her initial opinions on to the sunset and her opinions now. She tells stories about her insecurities, struggles with depression and darkness and how the album has helped her keep moving forward.

The Princess has returned to the sounder train to be with her friends and staff. She’s learned how to overcome and conquered her fear. And she knows she’s loved

Kelsey and Alyssa telling fun stories about our memories with Big Tony. We had memories shared by Alyssa Roulette, Lily Vang and yours truly. And some sound advice from Treiva Smith. Rest in peace big T we will miss you.
